To return a product please do the following:
• Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which products you want to return and include your order number.
• Send the products in their original package to our warehouse at this address:

• You may consider using a trackable shipping service, so you can guarantee that we will receive it. Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us.
If you want to cancel an order send us an e-mail immediately at email@example.com with a request for the cancellation or making a change to your order; don't forget to include your order number. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, we will be unable to do anything if the order has already been shipped.
Defective or Damaged Products
We do our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. It is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service.
If you need to exchange a damaged or defective product for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and proof of defect whether it is a photo or video. We will make sure that the issue is resolved whether it is by giving you instructions or providing a free shipping label for the return.
Once a refund is issued you will be notified, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services.
