COVERAGE OF SHIPPING AREAS

We deliver to the Continental USA, Alaska & Hawaii. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday - Friday; 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Aqsty Pro will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING RATES

Continental USA: Free on purchases over $75.00. Orders below $75.00 have a $7.00 flat rate shipping charge. We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $25.00.

Alaska & Hawaii: A flat rate of $25.00 is charged for all packages.

Please note that these original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING TIMES AND CARRIERS

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (USPS or UPS).

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (USPS or UPS).

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Make sure you enter your address correctly, including your apartment, unit or suite number. In case the courier is unable to deliver the package it will be automatically returned to us and will result in order cancellation. You will get a refund for the total of the merchandise. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
