RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the continental United States, Alaska, and Canada. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought at https://aqstypro.com are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee goal. However, if you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY AND ENSURE THAT ALL CRITERIA ARE MET BEFORE PHYSICALLY SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK TO US. THIS POLICY HAS BEEN WRITTEN USING SIMPLE LANGUAGE AND SIMPLE WORDS. NO RELAXATION OF ANY KIND WILL BE AWARDED TO YOU IF YOU HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND ANY TERMS OR RULES OF THIS POLICY. IN CASE OF CONFUSION MAKE SURE TO E-MAIL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

SECTION 1 - TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our Aqsty Pro’s website may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.

SECTION 2 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN

In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met: 

• We will need to know your order number.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

• All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.

• Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

• Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Aqsty Pro reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel an order you can send us an e-mail at support@aqstypro.com with a request for the cancellation or making a change to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, we will be unable to do anything if the order has already been shipped.

SECTION 4 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. It is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email at support@aqstypro.com with your order number.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT RETURNING PROCESS

To return a product do the following:

• E-mail us telling us that you want to return your purchased product.

• Check your Order Number in your e-mail confirmation when you purchase your products.

• Send the email to us at support@aqstypro.com. We may request a proving photo.

• Make sure that you are doing this process within the 30 days passed the delivery date.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Send it to our warehouse at this address: 425 S Los Angeles St. Unit C, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

• You may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

SECTION 6 - AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved. We will charge a fee for missing or over-used accessories.

SECTION 7 - REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email.

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services. 

SECTION 8 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped and will result in order cancellation. You will get a refund for the total of the merchandise. Please note that the shipping costs you paid will be deducted from the total refund.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

SECTION 10 - EXCHANGE POLICY

If you want to exchange your product for some other product the same policy will apply to the exchange policy as well. You have 45 days to return the product and If an exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you, after payment of any applicable new price and shipping fees.

You can also exchange your returned product for a gift card of equal value.
