RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought at https://aqstypro.com are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee goal. However, if you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY AND ENSURE THAT ALL CRITERIA ARE MET BEFORE PHYSICALLY SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK TO US. IN CASE OF CONFUSION MAKE SURE TO E-MAIL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

SECTION 1 - TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on Aqsty Pro’s website may be returned for a refund within 45 days and 60 days for store credit from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund.

SECTION 2 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN

In order for us to process your return successfully, the following conditions must be met: 

• The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. 

• If you decide to use your own shipping method to return an item, the package is your responsibility until it gets to our warehouse. Ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

• Aqsty Pro reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

• Original Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel an order send us an e-mail at support@aqstypro.com with a request for the cancellation. Include the order number and your full name. We are only able to cancel your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, we will be unable to do anything if the order has already been fulfilled.

SECTION 4 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. It is possible that problems may arise. If so we apologize for the inconvenience; our goal is always to provide the best service. 

If any of the items you receive is defective or damaged, please follow this instructions:  

• Go to https://www.aqstypro.com/a/returns and follow the return process.

• Select 'Defective Item' or 'Damaged in Shipment' as the return reason.

• We may require proof of damage or defectiveness.  

• Once we approve your request you'll receive a free return label to your e-mail. You can also use your own shipping method; just make sure that the package will arrive safe to us.

• Give the package to the courier.

• As soon as we receive the package, we'll either refund you or give you store credit depending on your selected option; as well as a one-time free shipping code for your next purchase in case you want to re-purchase the same product or another one.

SECTION 5 - REGULAR RETURNS PROCESS

To return a product please do the following:

• Go to https://www.aqstypro.com/a/returns and follow the return process. 

• Once we approve your request you'll receive a return label to your e-mail. You can also use your own shipping method; just make sure that the package will arrive safe to us.

• Give the package to the courier.

• As soon as we receive the package, we'll either refund you or give you store credit depending on your selected option.

• Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES 

If you want to make an exchange the same policy will apply.

Please do the following:

• Go to https://www.aqstypro.com/a/returns and follow the return process.

• Select 'Exchange' as the return reason.

• Once we approve your request you'll receive a return label to your e-mail. You can also use your own shipping method; just make sure that the package will arrive safe to us.

• Give the package to the courier.

• As soon as we receive the package, we'll either refund you or give you store credit depending on your selected option; as well as a one-time free shipping code for you to re-purchase the same product or another one.

• Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.

SECTION 7 - REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. In case you selected Store Credit you'll receive a gift card to your e-mail as soon as we process and accept your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services. 

SECTION 8 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped and will result in order cancellation. You will get a refund for the total of the merchandise. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 9 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For regular returns and exchanges we only charge the cost of the return label, which is deducted from the refund. For defective or damaged items returns and exchanges are completely free. Please note that we may require proof of damage or defectiveness.
